Hopes for Obama's Time of Power and Bali Property Industry 2009

…To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society's ills on the West - your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy.” Obama’s Inauguration’s speech – 20 January 2009.

Barrack Hussein Obama, the just-inaugurated President of United States of America starts to work from his prime office in the White House today. This brand new president of the Uncle Sam just inaugurated last night with remarkably also celebrated across the planet. His elected is definitely phenomenal.

Many people put myriad hope on this charismatic gentleman. With his charming well-tracked behavior, he calms people wherever he is as well as motivates them. People’s hopes echo in the whole world, expecting the change into better life on this earth coming from his influence. Still, we all should remember to avoid over-expectation as we must realize that Obama somehow is just an ordinary human being that might be making any mistakes.

We are here in Bali also hoping that Obama’s phenomena will bring new fresh market condition and give more positive affect in the hospitality industry as well as property business in this beautiful Island of Gods. It is basically hopes of more stable condition of the world in general and Bali in specifically. The expectation is not just an empty hope, as it will be an additional for some data illustrates how Bali condition shows an excellent recovery since a few minor impact of global crisis shown previous year.

Anyway, investing in Bali property is still promising and still very attractive for investors looking for remarkable yield. This is inline with better condition in Bali means more people interested in visiting, working, doing business and retiring in Bali. More people come and more people stay longer, it means more people need property (homes, villas, bungalows, etc.). This is positively just a common sense, really.
